Ronald G. Firestone, A.I.A. is a licensed architect and founder
of Firestone Design with offices in Beverly Hills, Toluca Lake, Lake Tahoe,
Las Vegas and Southampton, New York which is scheduled to open in the spring
of 1997. Firestone Design specializes in architectural design, site planning,
interior design and master planning, with its primary focus on large-scale
luxury residential homes and estates, ranging from 10,000 - 50,000 square
feet of living space. In the recent past, Mr. Firestone has designed over
45 large scale estates for clients worldwide. Additionally, during his
career he has designed approximately 2,000 homes and has been retained
by various corporate clients including Home Savings of America, Prudential
Oil, D.K. Ludwig and Hilton Hotels. Mr. Firestone has over thirty years
of experience and is regarded as one of the premier residential architects
in America. He has been featured in Architectural Digest and other architectural
periodicals numerous times. Firestone Design's elite client list includes
senior Wall Street executives, Hollywood celebrities, individuals listed
in the Forbes' 400 and foreign royalty. |
| JOSEPH A. BOYSTAK |
Joseph A. Boystak is an investment banker with significant experience
in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and asset securitization.
Among other activities, Mr. Boystak has completed over $300 million of
real estate related financing including sale/lease backs, participating
mortgages and REIT offerings. Mr. Boystak is a frequent speaker at professional
conferences on various corporate finance topics. Mr. Boystak received a
Bachelors degree cum laude from Boston University, a Master's degree from
The Johns Hopkins University and completed additional graduate course studies
at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
| RALPH D. COSSEY |
Ralph D. Cossey is the construction manager for APL. Mr. Cossey
has over thirty years of experience as a general contractor and specification
writer for commercial and residential building. His commercial construction
activity includes work for Southern California Edison, McDonnell Douglas,
Rockwell International, Queen Mary Tour Area, the California Jewelry Market
and others. The scope of the residential and commercial work ranged from
new construction to complex seismic retrofitting. Additionally, Mr. Cossey
was Vice President of Diamond W. Supply a building material company. Prior
to that he worked with Donn Products, Inc. which has since been purchased
by U. S. Gypsum, as Manager of building products. Mr. Cossey started his
career with United Parcel Services in the Industrial Engineering Department
responsible for space planning and functional design. Mr. Cossey has been
a guest speaker at various building seminars and trade conferences. He
received his Bachelors degree from Kent State University and completed
additional study at U.C.L.A. |

| CHARLES F. HILL |
Charles F. Hill is a consultant to APL and has an extensive
background in real estate finance, development and investment totaling
over $1.0 billion. He was formerly associated with ING Barings directing
the origination of commercial mortgages in the Western Region for ING's
Loan Securitization Group. During the 4th quarter of 1996 the Group successfully
participated in a $395 million pool securitization. Prior to his experience
at ING, he was a Senior Vice President of a Los Angeles-based bank where
he re-engineered the major loan department and established conduit lending
relationships with various Wall Street firms including J.P. Morgan and
Citicorp. Mr. Hill has a Bachelors degree from UCLA and a Juris Doctor
degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He pursued post graduate
studies at UCLA and the Wharton School of Business. His professional affiliations
include memberships with the Mortgage Bankers Association and the International
Council of Shopping Centers. He also has been a guest instructor of real
estate finance at the UCLA Graduate School of Business. |
